• 24 Hour Hair Braiding and Styling: Treebraids by Kaale first introduced 24hr hair braiding and hair styling.
• Then we went on to introduce the first ever invisible hairline technique (braiding) that was a 'sold out' success: NoSho(SM) hair extensions. To this day, stylists all over the world get many requests for 'invisible treebraids' whereas before, they used to revise their online ads to read: 'REAL TREEBRAIDS'. I will talk a little bit more about the evolution of cornrow treebraids in another post
• I could see the look on the patent examiners' faces that even they were impressed with NoSho(SM) hair extensions, thanks to your insistence to file for a patent.

Beyond the 'out of this world' tinkerings of an innovator, solutions are fueled by mercy, faith, passion, and most importantly, an understanding that God is the author of all these works. Only in retrospect and story telling by others do these feats make me- Kaale, appear to be something of a folklore.

Devinely Inspired: My dearest spiritually moved to share clients: you have moved my spirit to share time and again, that I believe all of us, all God's children, are created equal. We are all born already packaged with our God-given gifts. As we grow, and into corporate culture and other opportunities, we do pick up additional God-given and inspired gifts and talents along the way. If you were not first inspired, you could not then have shared your God-inspired thoughts and aspirations.

Journey: In this beauty business, I started as a young entrepreneur, excited to create unique styles using other people's hair beyond my own, my family, friends, and church members' hair. Since then, punctuated by corporate opportunities along the way, I continued on with my passion in the hair beauty business and followed my dreams. Allowing myself to be used for a greater purpose inspired joy and excitement and also renewed faith that there was a great need for who I am and what I can bring to the table. I have been honored to service your hair needs. The excitement and passion that is both cerebral and has also touched my heart ended up touching the hearts of many women, including their families.

Wow! How beautifully the Lord works. If I can go after my dreams, so can you- if you are still reading, then do I have something to share with you!

• I have never shared this online before. I left a big chunk out in the middle.
• The part where I was hit by a flatbed truck not too long after college.
• Many years of prayers, and physical rehabilitation/ therapy got me back on my feet again. After telling what happened, most clients say they would have never known. Wow. Look at God and what he can do!
• So here is to all my doctors, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Cytogen Corporation, and many more who employed a partially disabled person struggling to be free from pain and physical handicap!
• Thank you to the many people in grocery stores with compassion and patience as I used a stick to knock down items from a shelf into my cart. Thank you to those of you in various grocery stores who didn't scream intolerances but instead moved to a different isle or waited as I used pressure from both palms to lift items out of my cart so I could pay for them.
• Thank you to those who watched me use my cart as a walking aid on wheels without laughing. Thank you to all the drivers who did not honk at my car while I tried to merge into traffic with a neck brace and limited peripheral vision trying to make it to my various doctors' appointments.
• Thank you to my family, without whom I would not have made it. To my sister, who took leave twice that year from her job in England to make sure I could make it, even though her boss was upset the second time.
• Here we are, 17 years later, praising God for 17 years and counting. I cannot believe I am able to live and work and praise him still.

Treebraids Are Roaring Like a Lioness With All Kinds of Kinky, Curly, Wavy, Straight Hair!

Welcome back ladies to a new treebraids 100% protective style solutions post. Yes it's been a while, but I am back like a roaring lion ready to banish all your hairloss blues away, flash my inventive magic wand and presto, offer you even more amazing new combinations of beautiful style opportunities to flatter your hair. Additionally, I promise to take a few minutes to take pictures while I am working on my beautiful clients so you can see what went into the final product. This is a great suggestion, so if you are one of the ladies that recommended this please take a bow. You know who you are- thank you! It can get hectic at times, so thank you for your patience all of you ladies.

As you may know, I am the creator of Invisible Treebraids, and ever since filing the utility patent application, I have been thinking that you may be interested to know that we have been successfully installing non-surgical hairloss solutions for more than 2,000 ladies to date. Of these ladies, only a few are still struggling with hairloss. All others have gone on to wearing their own natural hair out, wearing natural protective styles, and a few chose dreadlocks.

We are so excited to announce that we are combining the forces of additional style techniques to give you even more options. Of note, a new crochet weave style has been very promising. So when one of my non-surgical solutions clients enquired about a style option that she could wear under water that would not embarrass her this coming Summer, my inventive or shall I say creative mind went to work. Then together, we brainstormed.

PROBLEM:
Alopecia- receded hairline, temples, and somewhat thinning of the crown area.

SOLUTION:

• create a brand new hairline for her

• a combination style using 3 different techniques: Invisible Treebraids, invisible crochet braids, and cornrow treebraids
• a style that does not affect the health of her scalp or pull back from hairline after several washes
• allow easy straightening -or curling, depending on curl pattern- of chosen hair extensions
• use remy hair (my client only uses virgin, and remy CEOGirl(sm) hair extensions for less stress)
• allow client to be able to swim, wash her hair, dry her hair, without worrying about losing hair extensions even with the weight of the water

• add little to no hair products and the hair will still look great
• gives the wearer more time to enjoy the things she loves
• on a cruise or vacation, spending soo much time in the morning trying to 'beat' hair into submission is not cool- you miss out on the better breakfast options. Your girlfriends with 'always on' glamorous hair extensions take the hair out of a bonnet, finger comb, and they are off to breakfast faster than you can say jack rabbit, leaving you behind in your cabin

Treebraids- Pros and Cons Howcast Response and Hair

Ladies treebraids and hairloss solutions are my life's work. Don't let ignorant 'philosophers' steer you away from treebraids. Don't let 'braiders' who are just in it for the money and with no innovative solutions to offer you, dissuade you from getting treebraids. It is appropriate here to address what is happening out there with braiders that do not upgrade their skills and thus confuse the general public:

It is not ok to install boxbraids on a client's head when they ask for treebraids.

It is not ok to install crochet braids on a client's head when they ask for treebraids.

It is not ok to tell a client that treebraids are not possible with straight hair- think!

TREEBRAIDS DO NOT SHED- BRAIDERS DO:

It is not ok to tell a potential client that some types of hair "shed"- shedding is reserved for weft or track hair extensions.

Remember, a braider creates a manual weft on a clients scalp in the process of treebraiding or adding strands of hair. If shedding occurs it is the braider's fault, not the hair. It's just a strand of hair at a time attached to braids. Therefore it is THE BRAIDS that were incorrectly connected, thus causing slippage when the client touches the strands or runs her hands through her hair.

It is NOT ok to deceive a potential client by saying there are cabs available at the train station stop yet YOU know no cabs want to go to that part of town, leaving the client stranded for hours.

It is NOT ok to tell a client that you have good quality hair when its crappy hair. Such hair should only be reserved for a client that has no money to buy her own hair and if not for that hair could not get her hair done at all. Even so...? Not okay!

It is not ok NOT to offer excellent quality hair OPTIONS and service.

It is not ok to tell potential clients that certain hair textures are too silky to braid- upgrade your skills instead.

It is not ok to tell a potential client that innovative, patent pending Double Breasted(SM) treebraids with NoSho(SM) Invisible Part is something that does not exist just because your lazy ass is not innovative. It's such a shame but some "braiders" are just in it for the money, won't help their clients, just one excuse after another not to excel themselves.

It is not ok to tell a client to bring all her children along, that there is a park nearby when there isn't!

It is NOT ok not to know the craft you expect to receive money from.

It is NOT ok to be so desperate to try and book clients by hook or crook- they will not say nice things about your errant ways and will take offense to the sad tactics.

It is not ok to belittle others' achievements and patent(s) pending.

When my new client told me about the above, how horrendous the lies were, and how she trusted me instead, my spirit soared- a smile escaped my lips and I burst out laughing so unexpectedly that I was reminded I AM a big deal! The client said within 10 minutes of speaking with me she felt MORE comfortable than she ever felt speaking with this 'braider' from NY. She went further to state that the fact that I offered Paypal payments was a big plus. I don't know about you, but payment type options are excellent for a real small business to have. Paypal has reduced time wasters and made my appointments more efficiently run, leading to peace of mind for both the client and the business owner. Yes, cash payments are still available.

There is nothing more reassuring for a potential client than to have ALL their questions answered, and intelligently. Someone lost a high powered attorney who just had too many questions for their liking and asked: "Are you a braider?" Enough with attacking good solid potential clients already. If such braiders as I have just described don't want potential clients to get straight treebraids, or silky textured braiding hair like remy hair, these braiders should just say they don't know how to do them, or qualify their responses.

Training is available- there is no shame in admitting guilt.

It is not ok to dissapoint a client by 'doing your own thing' when a client shows you a picture of a client wearing my NoSho(SM) and Invisible Hairline treebraids.
